We are seeking a Consultant Team Leader to manage our high-performing outbound appointment setting team. Youll lead a 30-person team across local and offshore offices driving daily performance coaching live calls and ensuring quality appointments for our sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a structured high-activity sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 30 outbound Consultants (local and offshore)
• Run daily huddles and roleplays to energise and align the team
• Coach live calls and deliver real-time performance feedback
• Conduct fortnightly 1:1s with team members for development
• Drive KPI accountability and maintain consistent team activity
• Recruit onboard and develop new team members
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve conversion and performance
• Maintain a visible presence and ownership across the sales floor

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience managing outbound sales or contact centre teams of 20
• Strong background in appointment setting telesales or telemarketing
• Skilled in coaching KPI tracking and live performance management
• High-energy structured leader who leads from the front
• Committed to team development and achieving business goals
• Able to address underperformance while scaling excellence

Work Environment
