EMPLOYER: Kraft Foods Group Brands LLC
POSITION: Global Manager FSQ Regulatory Affairs Export
DUTIES: The Global Manager FSQ Regulatory Affairs Export will work within the export regulatory team and be responsible for enabling and reviewing nutritional and regulatory compliance for Kraft Heinz products globally through various business units corporate business partners and functional experts across Kraft Heinz.
Specific duties include:
1) Provide technical information and evaluate regulatory compliance of products adhering to internal policies and guidelines for exporting products.
2) Review label graphics for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy in conjunction with the local Regulatory teams and consultants.
3) Support risk assessment activities for existing products in new markets.
4) Protect the intellectual property of our products and processes.
5) Investigate customer/consumer complaints using root cause analysis and work with department managers to determine what corrective and preventive actions are necessary.
6) Prepare customer compliance documentation.
7) Support Export Quality related issues.
8) Support management of product specifications (elaborate create change update).
9) Utilize knowledge of quality systems and policies HACCP FSMA/PCQI.
10) Lead escalation process and coordination of the cross-functional leadership exception review committee.
11) Keep up to date on nutrition and regulatory developments internationally and identify opportunities and implications to the business.
12) Develop and implement policy processes and routines that prescribe the regulatory export function and regulatory process governance.
13) Manage quality complaint investigation and resolution support activities.
14) Train internal and contractor resources on relevant systems processes and documentation development.
REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Food Science Food Safety or a directly related field and at least 18 months of experience in a same Food Safety or Regulatory-related role. Must have: HACCP certification; FSPCA Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) - Human Food; Experience with Data management (Excel proficiency); Experience with FDA/USDA Food regulations; Experience with label verification and compliance; and Experience with Food Safety Research.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $112632 $127600
Bonus:This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
