A well-established home care company is seeking a warm organized and people-oriented Intake Supervisor to lead its intake department. This role involves overseeing the onboarding process for new patients ensuring a smooth and compassionate transition into care services.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervise the intake team and ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new patients.
Guide families and staff through the intake process with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor workflow ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to streamline onboarding.
Train new intake staff and monitor performance metrics.
Resolve issues and ensure a high-quality patient experience.
