The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$126100.00 - $189100.00Purpose Statement: This role is accountable for the successful planning execution and delivery of complex initiatives that span across global functions operations and processes. This transformation leader will be a strategic partner to executive leadership leading efforts that span technology innovation adoption market sector expansion and operational excellence. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in orchestrating large-scale programs a strong understanding of global manufacturing environments and exceptional change management capabilities to ensure successful adoption and sustainable impact.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Accountable for developing and driving a comprehensive transformation strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and successful delivery of key initiatives by:
Collaborating with executive leadership and stakeholders to define the overall transformation strategy roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identifying prioritizing and scoping strategic transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives of market focus superior execution passion meets purpose and discipline by design.
Developing comprehensive program plansincluding scope objectives deliverables timelines resource requirements and budgetwith a focus on innovating responsibly.
Accountable for execution performance of transformation initiatives including (but not limited to) the following activities:
Leading and directing multiple complex transformation programs concurrently ensuring on-time on-budget and within-scope delivery of high-quality results.
Overseeing cross-functional stakeholders and teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment and building belonging within the transformation efforts.
Proactively identifying and mitigating risks resolving escalations and driving critical decision-making to accelerate the pace of transformation initiatives.
Developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies and plans to drive adoption of new processes systems and organizational structures ensuring customer success in their adoption.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 8 - 10 years of experience in the related field or a Masters degree and at least 5 years of experience in the related field. Previous experience in a management role is required.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale cross-functional transformation programs across multiple domains
Demonstrated experience in leading change management efforts within an organization
