Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and service throughout their entire experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess a natural ability to communicate effectively and empathetically as they will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries concerns and support issues.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers in navigating through our website and services.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
