Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support the daily operations of our Treasury function. This role is responsible for cash management banking and merchant relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Day-to-Day:
Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across accounts.
- Manage banking operations including initiating wire transfers resolve bank-related issues reconcile discrepancies monitor cash disbursements and receipts and supporting account administration.
- Support Know Your Customer (KYC) and debt compliance
- Maintain and enhance treasury processes to improve efficiency and controls.
- Coordinate with accounting AP/AR and FP&A teams to align cash management with financial reporting including daily weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Manage and maintain merchant ID (MID) accounts across various processors and business units. Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding MIDs
- Support internal and external audits related to treasury functions.
- Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures in compliance with internal controls and regulations.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation in treasury operations.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in treasury corporate finance or banking.
- Strong understanding of cash management liquidity and banking products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or progress toward certification is preferred.
