Change Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in delivering complex enterprise transformation. You will be instrumental in applying an established Enterprise Change Framework Principles and supporting tools to ensure business readiness alignment and consistent change outcomes across major programs.

We are seeking a capable proactive Change Manager to support large-scale transformation initiatives. You will work closely with project teams stakeholders and business leaders to design and implement structured change activities that drive sustainable adoption and deliver measurable benefits.

In this role you will develop and deliver key change artefacts including impact assessments communication and engagement plans training strategies business readiness activities and change handover plans. You will lead the delivery of communications training and engagement initiatives to support successful change adoption while ensuring alignment with organisational stakeholders and leveraging existing channels. The role also requires managing risks issues dependencies and resource needs providing inputs for project governance and stage gate requirements and contributing to continuous improvement through the Enterprise Change Practice. Where relevant you will oversee vendor-delivered learning to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience across the full spectrum of Change Management artefacts tools and techniques including Change Impact Assessments Change Strategy/plans Communications / Engagement Training / Learning Strategies/Plans Business Readiness Checks and Handovers
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of Project Management approaches tools methodologies and phases of the project lifecycle (Waterfall Agile Lean) and the ability to work in a project team.
• Excellent skills in time management prioritization speed accuracy and the ability to work across multiple projects in parallel.
• Demonstrated experience in skills including Continuous Planning Strategic Thinking Facilitation and Co-Design and Coaching others in Change Management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting simple medium and some / complex initiatives people process and technology/data impacts.
• Demonstrated experience in both the planning and execution of Change Management activities including Change Impact Assessments Communications and Engagement Learning and Training Business Readiness Checks and Change Handover.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching others and using techniques to drive positive behaviour and proven ability to creatively work to resolve (with Project support) stakeholder needs and challenges.
• Excellent skills across the design and delivery of all forms of Training/Learning solutions as well as Communications.
• Business acumen and ability to identify and understand organizational issues challenges and solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and engagement skills.
