You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in delivering complex enterprise transformation. You will be instrumental in applying an established Enterprise Change Framework Principles and supporting tools to ensure business readiness alignment and consistent change outcomes across major programs.
We are seeking a capable proactive Change Manager to support large-scale transformation initiatives. You will work closely with project teams stakeholders and business leaders to design and implement structured change activities that drive sustainable adoption and deliver measurable benefits.
In this role you will develop and deliver key change artefacts including impact assessments communication and engagement plans training strategies business readiness activities and change handover plans. You will lead the delivery of communications training and engagement initiatives to support successful change adoption while ensuring alignment with organisational stakeholders and leveraging existing channels. The role also requires managing risks issues dependencies and resource needs providing inputs for project governance and stage gate requirements and contributing to continuous improvement through the Enterprise Change Practice. Where relevant you will oversee vendor-delivered learning to ensure quality outcomes.
