VicRoads is progressing too. In August 2022 we started on a new chapter when the Victorian State Government partnered with Aware Super Australian Retirement Trust and Macquarie Asset Management to operate registration and licensing services on its behalf.
We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access infrastructure and safety.
Annual Salary Range:Up to $105000 super (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: Maximum Term (6 months) Full-Time
Work Location: QV Melbourne CBD / Work from home (flexibility may be available)

About the Team
Sitting within the broader People and Culture team the Talent Acquisition function delivers a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service. We leverage the tools LinkedIn Recruiter LinkedIn networks job postings SEEK and our applicant tracking system Workday. Our goal is to provide a candidate-first hiring experience while partnering closely with stakeholders to advise on and execute recruitment strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional specialising in Technology recruitment to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role youll be embedded within key portfolios including Engineering Architecture & Strategy Cloud and EPMO. Youll be responsible for delivering effective hiring campaigns that align with best-practice recruitment methodologies. A key focus of the role is creating meaningful candidate experiences underpinned by clear communication and transparency throughout the process.
