Duties: Responsibilities of the position include: The Program Controls Manager will be developing program level schedules developing Program Management Execution Plans and responsible for reviewing and reporting on the Programs progress. The Program Controls Manager will review budgets and recommend funding levels necessary to implement each task and subtask provide spending forecasts track and report on overall Minority Business Enterprises conduct progress meetings review and establish the schedule and prioritization for work tasks. The Program Controls Manager will provide support for developing a dashboard to display the work order status KPIs inventory status updates and other key performance parameters and any other program controls tasks assigned to the program management team.

Work is generally performed in an office environment.
