Were looking for Senior Recruiting Coordinators to join our team and support our Total Talent model. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process including job postings interview scheduling tracking candidate progress in our recruiting systems managing the pre-hire check process and resolving issues. Additionally this role will have program management ownership for special recruiting initiatives.
Success in this role requires a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver superior talent acquisition experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
FLEX is a temporary full-time position with an initial assignment of one year and the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
This is a hybrid position at the Corporate Office based in Bethesda MD.

The pay range for this position is $24.23 to $40.96 per hour.
