Westgate Resorts - Industrial Laundry Facility located in Sevierville is currently seeking experienced Laundry Supervisors to join our rapidly growing team.

As a Laundry Supervisor you will:
- Supervises and motivates all laundry personnel with daily supervision to include staffing training discipline and scheduling
- Visually monitors performance to ensure adherence to all services and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction
- Sorts and counts articles to verify inventory quantities
- Responsible for maintaining chemical inventory
- Prepares weekly schedule for laundry personnel to ensure adequate staff
- Assigns pickups of laundry from rooms and properties
- Ensures all equipment are working properly and cleaned on daily basis
- Reports work orders when deficiency is noted and maintenance is required in a timely manner
- Ensure policies are administered fairly and consistently disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to policy
- Ensure the quality and productivity of Laundry Attendants and Wash Person are being met
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Other duties may apply
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Directly supervises employees in the Laundry
- Must be able to regularly lift pull push and or/move up to 35 pounds
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
