Job Description
Role: Verifications Fulfillment Manager
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)
Team: Verifications
Reports to: Head of Verifications
Role: DNTEL is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Verifications Fulfillment Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of insurance verifications across our growing client base. Youll work closely with our Head of Verifications and Product Lead to ensure high-quality timely output from our team of agents and AI tools. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in operational workflows knows the difference between a full form and a short form without blinking and wants to be at the center of how we deliver excellence to over 400 dental practices nationwide
.Key Responsibilities
- Daily QA & Ticket Review
- Onboarding Execution
Collaborate with client onboarding and HR to ensure new offices are fully set up with the right agents forms and SOPs in place.
- SLA & Volume Tracking
Monitor client-by-client volume and ensure our teams are meeting expectations daily.
- Slack Support & Escalations
Serve as the first line of response in client Slack channels; triage issues correct errors and escalate systemic concerns to leadership.
- SOP Enforcement & Agent Feedback
Ensure agents are following updated SOPs; relay real-time feedback and identify when retraining or escalation is needed.
- Internal Coordination
Interface daily with HR (for staffing) Product (for software changes) and Operations (for reporting and client health)
.What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in dental insurance verifications or RCM operations (required)
- Strong understanding of dental PMS systems (Open Dental Dentrix Eaglesoft etc.)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a systems-first mindset
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable using Slack Google Sheets and dashboard tools
- Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Nice to Have
- Experience managing remote or offshore teams
- Prior exposure to AI-enhanced workflows or automation tools
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards

- High-level structure: This person would focus on daily execution QA and IVR support while the Head of Verifications would remain responsible for the overall verification strategy workflow design SOP ownership client relationships and cross-functional leadership.
Youll work directly under the Head of Verifications and serve as their operational right hand ensuring that everything weve built continues to run smoothly as we scale. You wont be asked to reinvent the system but rather to master it enforce it and improve it at the execution layer.
