Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Vice President of Digital Platforms & Engineering to hold a critical leadership role. This individual will be a strategic leader who envisions builds deploys and maintains digital capabilities and plays an integral part in the businesss future direction and performance.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer the Vice President of Digital Platforms & Engineering will:
- Serve as a member of the IT Leadership Team partnering with other company leaders to ensure long-term company success and drive transformational change.
- Be passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and provide solutions that drive business performance.
- Build strong interpersonal business and partner relationships with all key business and functional leaders to define digital best practices and drive innovation.
- Drive a culture of urgency commitment continuous improvement and business partnership within the digital team including internal and external team members.
- Be both a strategic thinker and an operator who can solve problems in a complex environment.
- Be a visionary leader focused on understanding evaluating and implementing relevant future digital technology trends including in mobile web and other customer-facing platforms.
- Continually demonstrate personal and professional integrity in all business matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for digital and customer-facing technologies that align with the companys business objectives focusing on enhancing customer experience and increasing operational efficiency.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performance team of product quality and engineering professionals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design and oversee the implementation of digital solutions that improve customer experience across all touchpoints including web mobile and on-site digital interactions.
- Lead the deployment of emerging technologies to create unique and engaging customer experiences.
- Ensure scalable robust and secure architectural designs for digital systems and platforms. Lead engineering teams to implement best practices for software development system integration and data security.
- Collaborate with other functional leaders including operations and customer service to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners ensuring effective delivery of digital solutions and services.
- Use data analytics to measure the success of digital initiatives and make informed decisions on future strategies and improvements.
- Develop and manage the budget for digital and customer experience technology initiatives ensuring optimal use of resources.
Qualifications :
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Technology/Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a senior-level IT leadership position.
- 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced global hospitality retail gaming or consumer company.
- Strong leadership and team management skills excellent communication and collaboration abilities and a deep understanding of digital technologies and customer experience best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of modern digital technologies platforms and tools including web and mobile applications CRM CMS (Gen) AI and data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in digital architecture and Agile software engineering delivery methodologies
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Graduate degree in information technology operations or a related field.
