Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership : Co-supervise 4 Resident Advisors Lead weekly 1:1s and staff meetings Participate in RA hiring training and evaluations May also support Office Assistants or programming team (based on placement) Student Support & Community Engagement : Serve as a resource for residents navigating personal academic and social concerns Address community needs and promote inclusive residential experiences Assist with student referrals and well-being check-ins Conduct & Accountability : Facilitate community conversations and adjudicate low-level conduct cases Document incidents and maintain records in Advocate system Promote education-based accountability and behavioral trends analysis Crisis Response & On-Call Coverage : Participate in a 24/7 on-call duty rotation (excluding university holidays/breaks) Respond to emergencies and collaborate with campus partners during crises Exercise sound judgment and calm leadership under pressure Operations & Administration : Support check-in/out occupancy management and safety inspections Maintain regular office hours and assist with room access/facilities follow-up Manage budget oversight and submit end-of-semester reports
Required Qualifications
Fully knowledgeable about the job; be able to handle responsibilities independently and effectively. Possess undergraduate degree in similar and/or related field.
