Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager Internal Communications to join our team!

In this position you will play a vital role in strategically and creatively leading internal communications for our Corporate Functions and executive leaders to drive clear engaging and aligned messaging across the business. In this role youll help shape and deliver communications that bring complex strategies to life support key initiatives and foster a connected informed and inspired global workforce.

What your role will be

  • Partner directly with C-suite leaders across Corporate Functions to design and execute strategic communication plans that bring key initiativeslike digital transformation and people programsto life.
  • Transform complex and technical information into clear compelling and human-centered stories that resonate with employees.
  • Lead high-impact multi-channel campaigns across email intranet video town halls and executive communications to inform and inspire a global workforce.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing guidance on tone timing and messaging for communications that support critical business moments.
  • Foster two-way engagement by implementing feedback loops listening tools and collaborative processes that keep employees connected and heard.
  • Collaborate closely with Internal Comms Brand and HR teams to ensure messaging is aligned with our purpose voice and values.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • 8 years of corporate communications experience within a global corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience managing corporate communication initiatives in a global context.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications languages or commensurate education and experience combination.
