Job Description

This role may be filled at the Business Banker or AVP Business Banker level depending on the candidates qualifications and experience. The ideal team player will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business clients providing financial solutions to support their growth and success.

Job Details:
- Build and maintain a Business Banker portfolio
- Identify opportunities for growth within the market
- Analyze and competitively respond to services offered in the market
- Ensure credit quality of the markets portfolio
- Oversee credit administration at market level
- Assist in establishing a collaborative environment within the branch
- Review reports and financial statements to monitor activity
- Develop annual market goals and assist the branch in reaching their sales goals
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and security protocols

Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of banking experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelors degree in a related fieldpreferred
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
- Strong credit analysis skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Ability to successfully complete background and credit check
