General Description
This role is for an IT Business Engineer Lead specializing in Core Banking. The position involves analyzing business processes designing system enhancements and delivering functional solutions in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. The goal is to ensure seamless integration and optimization of the Temenos Transact Core Banking system and its interacting applications.
Key Features of the Position
- Strong skills in analytical thinking problem-solving project management and collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions
- Document requirements functional specifications data mapping migration plans reports and user guides
- Propose scalable low-risk solutions
- Lead requirement analysis system enhancement and solution design
- Liaise with business users internal teams and vendors for project delivery
- Ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed change logs and provide project status updates
- Support end-to-end implementation of system changes
- Work in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Manage stakeholder expectations and impact analysis

- Experience with Private Banking domain and related products:
- Credit Products: Mortgages Lombard Loans Structured Finance Guarantees
- Derivatives: Options Structured Products
- Securities: Equities Fixed Income Funds
- Exposure to Temenos modules: AA MD SC DX SY
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Workflows (PLWs)
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
