Were looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships with our medium to enterprise clients. Youll be part of a collaborative POD model working alongside Customer Success to deliver real value and long-term success for our clients.

What Youll Do

  • Own and grow sales relationships with assigned accounts
  • Lead the sales process on assigned opportunities from need analysis to closing
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals
  • Build compelling business cases aligned with customer priorities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales CS Marketing and Services teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity in Salesforce
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and respond to client needs

What You Bring

  • 5 years in account management customer success or software implementation
  • SaaS experience is essential (B2B mid-to-enterprise preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector is a major plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French or other languages are a bonus)
  • Good change management skills navigating stakeholders and building long-term value
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel (typically 1 - 2 client visits per month)
