As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for UiPath in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region you will be responsible for driving the adoption of UiPaths automation and AI solutions across large enterprise accounts. You will lead strategic sales engagements build strong executive relationships and help customers realize value through digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for enterprise accounts in the ANZ region
Identify qualify and close new business opportunities with large organizations focusing on C-level and senior decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders including IT operations and business unit leaders.
Understand customer business challenges and position UiPaths automation RPA and AI solutions to address their needs
Lead complex sales cycles including discovery solution design proposal development and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers solution architects and customer success teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
Stay current on industry trends competitor offerings and UiPath product advancements to effectively position UiPath as a market leader.
Represent UiPath at industry events conferences and customer forums to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
Bachelors degree in business IT Engineering or a related field.
8 years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota in the ANZ market.
should have a background in selling SaaS products to telecom companies or at the very least possess a strong understanding of that industry
Deep understanding of automation RPA AI or related enterprise technology solutions
Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives and influence decision-making in large complex organizations.
Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer pain points and articulate business value.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced innovative environment
Experience working in a global technology company is highly desirable
