Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update hypervisors virtual machines servers and storage devices.
- Ensure backups are current and accessible.
- Support third-party applications from a system perspective.
- Plan and execute the migration of on-premises Active Directory to Azure Active Directory.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive migration strategy.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure stability and performance.
- Implement best practices for security compliance and data integrity.
- Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users.
- Document procedures and configurations for future reference.
Qualifications
Work Experience and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 7-10 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory Azure Linux VMware and backup solutions.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Active Directory to Azure migrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Required certifications: MCSA or MCSE; Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
