Sr. IT Support Analyst
Onsite: Dayton OH
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to help drive the reliability and performance of our IT systems. If youre passionate about solving complex problems improving infrastructure and contributing to a collaborative team we want to hear from you.
Your Seat at the Table:
- Provide expert-level support for IT systems Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity issues
- Deploy and manage IT infrastructure assets (endpoints network equipment servers)
- Collaborate with teams to align IT solutions with business goals
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years in IT Support or similar Analyst roles
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) cloud tools and scripting (PowerShell/BAT preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications like CompTIA A Network or ITIL
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate IT
- Familiarity with ITIL and wireless network optimization
