You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Patient Care Coordinator II you would schedules patient patient and student appointments to monitor appropriate treatment plan correct assignment of patients to student families. Review student planner/family list to assure appropriate guidance to students on appointments or customer service related and un-assign patients and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of related experience
Bilingual Spanish
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Strong knowledge of axiUm EHR system
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detailed accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills.
