Job Description
Batch Execution: Supervise and execute blister packing bottle filling labeling and cartoning operations as per batch planning.
Line Clearance & Setup: Ensure proper line clearance machine setup and material availability before starting each batch.
In-Process Checks: Perform and review visual inspection leak tests label verification and reconciliation of packaging materials.
Documentation: Maintain and verify Batch Packing Records (BPRs) logbooks and equipment cleaning records in accordance with GMP and data integrity standards.
Team Management: Train and guide technicians packers and trainees to follow SOPs and maintain high-quality output.
Equipment Handling: Operate and troubleshoot blister packing bottle filling labelers and other packaging machines used in OSD.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure packing operations are always audit-ready and comply with USFDA MHRA WHO EU-GMP guidelines.
Coordination: Work closely with QA Engineering and Warehouse teams for smooth execution and issue resolution.
