Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Developing project plans defining scope goals and deliverables.
- Execution: Overseeing project implementation monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Resource Management: Allocating and managing project resources including personnel budget and equipment.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicating project updates managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Team Leadership: Motivating and guiding project teams to achieve goals.
- Quality Control: Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Reporting: Tracking project performance reporting on progress and identifying issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in a related field with a masters degree preferred
- Experience: Proven experience in project management with leadership or supervisory roles.
- Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or other methodologies.
- Software and Tools: Proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project or Jira.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead motivate and manage project teams effectively.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making: Capacity to identify and resolve issues making informed decisions under pressure.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Budget Management: Understanding of budget planning tracking and control.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify assess and mitigate project risks.
