Job Description
About the Receptionist role;
- Welcoming guests to the Resort
- Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
- Responding to day-to-day enquires
- Ensuring that guest information and welcome packs are correct and ready for our Guests arrival on Resort
- Having a strong Resort knowledge
- Dealing with guests queries either face-to-face by email and over the telephone
- Completing daily administrative duties
- Using in-house systems alongside Word and Excel
Hours of work:
- 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
- All straight shifts
- Reception is open between the hours of 8am 10pm
You will take personal pride in;
- Being a friendly and approachable team member helping guests with any questions or queries they may have
- Ensuring that the reception is kept clean and presentable creating a professional first impression
- Being self-motivated with a positive outlook and a passion to do your best
- Having excellent organisational skills
- Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you by treating your colleagues with respect

** Rates of pay - Based upon age:
12.21 per hr (Over 21)
10.00 per hour 18 - 20 years old
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have a customer service background. Ideally within a hospitality setting but if not face to face experience is a must.
