With more than 2 000 customers our KAM team is responsible for the largest customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts ensuring account renewal and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will report to Key account manager team lead.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for a portfolio of key clients and develop a long term strategy
Ensure key customers growth adoption satisfaction and retention partnering with a Customer success manager
Evangelization of Didomi offers generate new qualified opportunities through use cases and strategic recommandations.
Handle all contractual relationship : discovery demonstration of the platform commercial proposal elaboration financial negotiation and legal negotiation closing
Increase the revenue of our current Enterprise customers through upselling and cross selling
Expansion : map all the accounts within your portfolio and develop new business opportunities within the subsidiaries globally
Develop and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships with our customers key decision makers and identify new C-levels champions
Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their goals (product feedback success stories and testimony)
Monitor and analyze account performance forecast and provide precise revenur estimation.
Preferred skills & experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 years in the SaaS industry.
Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools preferably Salesforce.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial orientation and autonomy.
Proficiency in both English and French.
Tools youll work with on a regular basis:
CRM software particularly Salesforce.
Communication and collaboration tools like Notion.
