Job Description

Within Accor Group Procurement Office (GPO) & reporting to our transformation team you will work on process improvement activities including but not limited to gaining efficiencies and streamlining remuneration processes focusing on 4 main pillars:

  • Simplify (identify time-consuming actions & streamline processes)
  • Automate (repetitive tasks complex computations & monitoring)
  • Harmonize (existing processes for consistency & compliance)
  • Document (standard procedures & workflows)

Your main missions will be:

Transformation

  • Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness & identify key improvements
  • Facilitate workshops to design solutions
  • Manage the implementation of new processes / tools
  • Create & deliver training plan / materials to improve process & tool usage
  • Document new processes / tool usage

PMO

  • Coordinate 2 strategic projects with digital tools launched in 2024 for cross-functional teams
  • Update monitor & communicate project progress through persuasive Powerpoints
  • Create & manage a feedback loop
  • Define & measure success metrics

Tool support

  • Assess tool usage & develop recommendations for existing/new tools
  • Track & report tool issues
  • Prioritize tool evolutions needs
  • Validate new product features & management rules

Qualifications :

SKILLS

  • English & French (fluent)
  • Oral & written presentation (PowerPoint)
  • Autonomy rigor proactivity adaptability
  • Process mapping & operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving & result-driven profile
  • Team player & positive mindset
  • Digital orientation

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Academic background: Master/MBA
  • 1 to 2 internships experience in Consulting Audit Project Management and/or Procurement is a plus
  • Expertise: Change Management / Project Management / Continuous Improvement / Digital Transformation
