As our Workplace Operations Intern you will be at the heart of keeping our office environment vibrant and productive. From maintaining a welcoming atmosphere to supporting workplace
operations youll gain hands-on experience in facilities management and office operations.
Your Missions
- Office Operations:Help maintain smooth daily operations of the office including handling maintenance tasks like HVAC plumbing and lighting. Youll also manage supplies and coordinate repairs for kitchen appliances and common areas.
- Space Planning:Assist with organizing desk setups supporting office moves and ensuring our office is always stocked with snacks and supplies to keep everyone fueled and focused.
- Event Coordination:Work alongside the team to plan exciting team-building activities internal events and company celebrations that enhance team spirit and bring everyone together.
- Onboarding Support:Be part of welcoming new joiners by preparing materials setting them up on platforms and making sure their first days are smooth and memorable.
- Vendor Coordination:Be the point of contact for external vendors and contractors ensuring we get top-notch service and everything runs efficiently.
- Employee Support:Be the go-to person for all workplace-related questions ensuring a welcoming and organised environment for all employees and visitors.
- Fluent inSpanish and English(spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills: You efficiently manage tasks prioritize responsibilities and maintain workplace order.
- People passion: youre enthusiastic about fostering positive relationships and supporting colleagues well-being contributing to an inclusive workplace culture.
- Basic tech-savviness: youre comfortable with technology and digital tools for office management and process optimization.
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational trust.
- Adaptability and fast learning: you are flexible adaptable and quick to learn new processes or technologies.
Requirements
- Documentation allowing you to work in Spain full time (40h/week)
