Starting in July 2025 (or by arrangement) youll begin your tailored trainee programme in one of our international hotels or tourism-related business units.

Your tasks
Youll gain deep insights into key areas of leisure hospitality and tourism operations. The focus is on management and leadership tasks preparing you for a responsible role within our hotel teams or corporate tourism environment.
- Work closely with hotel management supporting operational and administrative duties
- Take on your own projects and responsibilities after an initial training phase
- Depending on your previous experience youll go through a personalised trainee plan across departments such as front office food & beverage housekeeping entertainment or spa
Your Skills & Experience
- Initial leadership experience in hospitality or tourism (e.g. front office F&B guest entertainment)
- A passion for being a host and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on solutions-driven mindset
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident handling of MS Office tools
- Degree in tourism/hospitality or a completed vocational training in hotel management
- Valid EU passport and willingness to relocate internationally
