What youll be doing

As a member of CIBCs team the Director CSO(Chief Security Office) Engagement is a seasoned professional responsible for leading a team to formulate approaches and direction for the delivery of client experience operational projects programs and services business processes and quality assurance processes contributing to the planning assessment development and implementation of projects and initiatives. The Director CSO Engagement provides leadership to achieve outcomes which optimize channel utilization and realize cost reductions for the business. The role applies leadership skills and technical expertise to research industry-wide service delivery best practices making a significant contribution towards the establishment of benchmarks. The role exercises a high degree of independent judgement to develop and implement effective tracking and measurement models for assessing business performance and quality improvement. The role drives innovation across areas of responsibility applying expert interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
