Primary Function of Position
Intuitive is seeking a strategic and experienced marketing leader to join our Global Marketing and Insights team as the Senior Group Marketing Manager da Vinci Platforms & Digital Portfolio. This role leads a high-performing team responsible for global product marketing of Intuitives da Vinci multiport and single port platforms with a focus on elevating the value of digital capabilities as a core part of the platform experience. The ideal candidate will drive platform-level marketing strategies that are scalable across global markets with an emphasis on market development portfolio positioning and customer engagement. This leader will provide clear vision mentorship and launch excellence while shaping cohesive globally relevant narratives that connect platform innovation to customer value and long-term adoption.
Essential Job Duties
Strategic leadership and portfolio expertise
- Lead and develop a high-performing global product marketing team fostering subject matter expertise across Intuitives multiport single port and digital portfolios.
- Guide the team in designing and executing integrated marketing strategies that differentiate the portfolio and drive adoption of da Vinci in alignment with global business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding Product Management regional commercial leaders and enterprise teamsto ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product roadmaps market trends and customer needs.
Messaging and content development
- Oversee the creation of compelling customer-centric messaging that transitions from feature-based to solution-oriented narratives grounded in clinical and economic outcomes.
- Expand and scale the value proposition of the digital portfolio across customer segments ensuring the value of digital is explicit well understood and relevant to diverse audiences.
- Direct the development of global content and commercial assets for use across digital marketing social media email and other channels to drive awareness trial and customer acquisition.
- Lead the planning and execution of global marketing programs that build awareness and generate demand across the multiport single port and digital product lines.
Evidence generation and platform positioning
- Partner with GAVE MACA clinical affairs enterprise analytics and commercial teams to lead the development and execution an evidence generation strategy that supports product claims and strengthens positioning.
- Analyze product data to generate proof points and claims that demonstrate the impact and value of multiport single port and digital offerings.
- Monitor emerging technologies and messaging to ensure differentiation and maintain an advantage in the market.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Product Management Product Marketing or related marketing discipline with 4 years managing employees.
- A proven record of achievement and leadership.
- Proven ability to effectively build a product brand position and communicate product value.
- Experience in developing strong commercial and KOL partnerships to inform a value-driven portfolio narrative.
- Capacity to learn new technical skills and build clinical acumen.
- Ability to simplify complex technologies and technical detail to be understood across a broad customer base.
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively amidst competing priorities to deliver high-impact marketing programs on-time and within budget to support overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Superb verbal and written communication presentation skills teambuilding and interpersonal skills to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- The ability to build positive collaborative relationships across different teams and at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and focused on personally executing at the highest levels.

Required Education and Training
- Bachelors degree required MBA or Masters degree preferred
