This position supports Social Impact within Link Logistics. The cross-firm role supports event and program logistics collecting engagement data and analyzing engagement for related trends with community development and D&I programming. Reporting to the Head of Social Impact this individual will help collect refresh and organize engagement data and related communications across various virtual and in-person programs.
The role requires an individual who can role their sleeves up and build programs while listening and incorporating feedback or insights from across the business. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following: setting up logistics for virtual programming drafting communications interviewing or identifying colleagues to be recognized in program communications streamlining data collection for related programs maintaining a reporting repository regularly updating intranet and resource files supporting new hire onboarding and office hours managing internal stakeholders partnering with external partners or consultants participating in cross-functional projects and helping evolve the overarching strategy by making recommendations leveraging insights and data. The ideal candidate is naturally curious is not afraid of ambiguity or change and is able to think big while remaining focused on current priorities and delivering results. This role requires someone with experience managing large sets of sporadic data and understand the power of communicating trends and updates as a strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather analyze and interpret data related to social impact metrics including community engagement environmental sustainability and economic development.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with Internal Stakeholders: Partner with the full Social Impact team Communications ERGs and other sub-groups of employees to improve tools for engagement and related communications.
Draft Communications: internal and external communications that announce update and recognize program milestones.
Analyze the full picture: Collect anecdotes and use cases of programming to pair with the hard data of engagement and impact to showcase the full story.
Reporting: Create a dashboard for impact and for stakeholder partnership that is updated on a quarterly basis.
Event Logistics: Support in-person meeting planning and inclusion meeting best practices across the firm.
Support new pilots and special projects based on business and community needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience in an analytic role or project/program management
2 years of experience within communications culture and employee engagement or community development
Experience using data and metrics to set goals and deliver results
Business acumen analytical skills and sound judgment
Demonstrated experience building and executing dashboards
Demonstrated curiosity and research of community development principles and/or organizations
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and build new pilots or double-down and expand programs
Experience communicating to various levels of leadership and job types
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus and relationships at all levels of the organization
Action oriented superior attention to detail strong organizational skills
Bachelors degree required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience leading change management initiatives across a diverse group of individuals or teams
Proven ability to think strategically and work across organization lines and differing communication styles
Experience writing internal or external business articles blogs and/or press releases
Facilitation experience or certifications technical or analytical certifications etc
Experience managing technology or product launches
$80000 - $104000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.
