This position provides vital financial leadership within a collaborative aerospace environment and reports directly to the Cabin Monuments & Integration (CMI) Finance Controller. The candidate should be a self-starter who works well independently and under tight deadlines.
This Everett WA based role is eligible for relocation.
This position is offered as a Hybrid role with an expectation that the candidate will maintain a meaningful onsite presence at our Everett WA Collins Aerospace facility to support effective collaboration and team integration.
What You Will Do:
The controller will lead financial and management accounting controlling reporting planning and analysis activities for one of the core businesses within CMI
In this highly visible role the controller will partner with leadership and supporting functions across the globe in achieving the organizations strategic financial objectives
Maintaining a stable internal control environment including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance while ensuring that the Company adheres to US GAAP
Providing actionable insight developing robust financial plans and driving performance to improve organizational efficiency and lower operational costs.
Improving visibility into cost and performance to help drive optimal financial outcomes and successfully execute plans
Leading a team of finance and accounting professionals in the US and Philippines growing and developing talent and initiating excellent processes
Ensuring financial investments and business commitments are consistent with the Companys strategic objectives and are generating adequate returns while avoiding financial and operational risks
Providing technical guidance on contractual and accounting matters critical performance metrics and ad-hoc business analysis
Travel up to 10% of the time
Qualifications You MUST Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Experience with enterprise financial management platform (ie. OneStream)
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Qualifications We Prefer:
Degree in Finance Accounting or Economics; MBA or CPA
Prior experience with FP&A
Excellent communication teamwork and organizational skills

The salary range for this role is 137000 USD - 275000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
