We are seeking a motivated Junior People Data Analyst to join our team and assist with data refining tasks and HR processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and eager to learn about data management and human resources operations. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning organizing and maintaining large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and errors.
- Support HR team in various administrative tasks including but not limited to employee onboarding data entry and maintaining personnel records.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management and HR processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and efficiency in HR operations.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in relevant field such as Data Science Information Management Human Resources etc..
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Fluent English.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
