Job Description

Sales Manager Media Analytics & Marketing Effectiveness

As a Sales Hunter your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the media FMCG Non-FMCG and analytics sectors. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by establishing strong relationships with prospective clients and demonstrating the value of our media analytics and marketing effectiveness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through research networking and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients in Eastern Europe.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver worldclass projects.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications :

 

  • 3-4 years of proven sales experience in media analytics FMCG or related sectors.
  • Demonstrable success in new business development and hunting new clients.
  • Knowledge of media measurement analytics tools and marketing effectiveness methodologies.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated proactive with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
