Your responsibilities include:
- Organising coordinating and supervising all operational and administrative departments as well as ensuring and implementing the defined Motel One standards
- Independent recruiting of new employees along with leadership motivation and training and development of the teams
- Achieving revenue targets and adhering to the cost budget
- Responsibility for monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in close collaboration with departments at the Head Office as well as regular reporting to the regional management
- Ensuring and increasing customer and guest satisfaction as well as contributing to customer and guest acquisition

You also bring:
- Education or degree in hotel management or tourism as well as previous experience as a Hotel Manager (m/f/d)
- Entrepreneurial thinking strong organisational skills and decisiveness
- Leadership experience and the ability and enthusiasm to motivate and develop employees
- High level of social competence an open and communicative nature and a positive attitude
- Strong sense of quality and pronounced service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both Polish and English
