About your tasks:
- Managing the IT internal onboarding sessions of new joiners to enable a good start with warm welcome and creating a one-IT feeling.
- Own the documentation process for onboarding and offboarding external employees ensuring contracts NDAs and onboarding steps are complete ensuring to revoke accesses at the end of the collaboration.
- Ensuring good time booking rate and accurate data for capitalization for all IT employees (internal and external) support in budgeting and controlling processes.
- Designing and processing surveys for all-IT including following up on the results.
- Organizing IT communication meetings and events.
Qualifications :

- Youre currently enrolled in a university program and seeking real-world IT experience.
- Youre structured curious and comfortable taking initiative.
- Youre confident reaching out to others and tracking task progress.
- Youre eager to learn tools like Outlook PowerPoint Excel Confluence and Jira.
