Job Description
- Prepare sales and service quotations for related products and services
- Enter sales and service orders into SAP business systems
- Monitor sales and service orders/expedite parts
- Digitize documents to the server i.e test results project files etc
- Assist in making GPN/ BOM creation requests via iProject ECN LPG Kselect etc
- Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to invoicing
- Maintain excellent service and build good rapport with customers (inter-company & external)
- Provide technical support for the product marketing & training functions
- Perform other related technical support functions as assigned from time to time
