As a SaaS Solutions Consultant you will partner with our Sales Product Data Science and Customer Success teams to present Shift as the decisioning platform of choice providing comprehensive business-driven AI enabled solutions to prospective and existing clients. Your technical expertise and communication skills will allow you uniquely to align and leverage resources to optimize our sales cycles.

What Youll Do

  • Analyze technical and business data to determine the ideal customer for a given product before its launch
  • Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing clients to gather business and technology requirements
  • Enable Sales and Account Management teams operational success by crafting pitches as well as designing and presenting demos to decision-makers
  • Respond to technical questions received via RFPs and/or RFIs in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Assist in the creation of account configuration documentation and statements of work.
  • Participate in strategy meetings with Marketing teams and Product teams
  • Successfully manage multiple prospect sales and existing client engagement opportunities simultaneously
  • Develop a compelling business case to support the customer buying decision

About You

  • 3 years of technical pre-sales experience for SaaS platforms preferably in the P&C Insurance vertical
  • Experience selling to technical and business buyers - including executives
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner across all levels and teams
  • Problem solver who thrives in a dynamic high growth environment
  • Demonstrates our value of Focus on What Matters to Our Customers
  • Has a proactive Make It Happen approach to their work both autonomously and with their team

The range listed is for base compensation. Your actual base salary will vary based on factors including location and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

In addition to base salary your total rewards package will include additional components such as incentive pay equity and benefits. If youre interviewing for this role speak with your Talent Acquisition Partner to learn more about the specific details for this position.

US Base Salary Pay Range
$140000$165000 USD
