Job Description
Titus-Will Automotive Group is looking for Used Car Sales Consultants for a brand new used car dealership opening in Sumner this July. This store will carry 250-400 used vehicles on the lot and you will have access to our huge used car inventory on all of our locations! Titus-Will is a trusted family-owned and operated business since 1938 and is a great place for you to call home. We are one of the largest and top-selling dealership groups in Pierce and Thurston County and are looking for sales reps to join our family as we continue to grow!
What We Offer
- 25-40% commission of payable vehicle gross profit based on volume or minimum wage if earned commission is less than Washington State minimum wage

Responsibilities
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies
- Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
- Bring your A game and a positive attitude to work with you every single day
