Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Walmarts Commerce Platform a key feature to enable future success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsengineering design data science and business leadersto deliver impactful solutions.
Solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment balancing customer needs and business goals.
Establish and track success metrics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
Lead with a customer-first mindset ensuring a seamless and intuitive search experience.
What youll bring:
5 years of product management experience ideally in eCommerce marketplaces or large-scale consumer platforms.
Strong technical acumen with comfort in analytics statistics and machine learning concepts.
Proven ability to influence across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using data to drive decisions iterate on products and align with strategic goals.
Background in consulting MBA or technical degree preferred for strategic and analytical depth.
