Studio F is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Inventory Assistant to support our event fabrication and production operations. This critical role focuses on maintaining an organized warehouse tracking inventory and assisting in the preparation and coordination of materials and equipment for custom event builds. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency behind the scenes.
Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Studio F Designs responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Track manage and organize inventory of event materials scenic elements tools equipment and supplies.
- Support warehouse receiving and shipping activities including checking deliveries labeling and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist with prep and pack of materials for outgoing events and verify returns post-event to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain clean orderly and efficient warehouse space ensuring all items are properly stored and labeled for quick access.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and audits update tracking systems and report discrepancies to management.
- Help with loading and unloading trucks moving items within the warehouse and supporting on-site logistics as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks carts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all inventory handling complies with company procedures safety standards and event timelines.
- Work closely with the Inventory Supervisor to stay ahead of schedule and support project needs.
Qualifications :
- 13 years of experience in a warehouse inventory or logistics support role preferably within the events or fabrication industries.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or software (e.g. spreadsheets asset tracking tools or warehouse management systems).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a physical fast-paced environment including lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and pivot responsibilities based on event schedules and team needs.
- Willingness to work nights weekends or long shifts during high-volume project periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus!
- Experience with basic hand tools and warehouse/shop environments is an asset.
- Familiarity with the Phoenix-area vendor landscape and local event logistics is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic safety protocols and the ability to follow site-specific procedures.
- Comfortable navigating resort or venue policies and maintaining professionalism on client sites.
