Job Description:

Manage and allocate tasks across the warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities including receiving storing picking packing shipping returns and inventory control.

Monitor inventory levels ensure accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation with inventory systems.

Train and develop team members on warehouse procedures safety protocols and company policies.

Enforce compliance with SOPs to maintain quality control accuracy and productivity standards.

Identify and resolve operational issues promptly; recommend and implement process improvements.

Ensure a safe clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety rules.

Effectively communicate with team members vendors and cross-functional departments.

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics (or equivalent) with 2-4 years experience in warehouse operations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) preferably Unicommerce; strong MS Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)
