La Posada at Pusch Ridge a brand-new upscale independent retirement community in Oro Valley is seeking a contractor Personal Trainer to support our residents health and wellness goals in our state-of-the-art fitness center.

What Youll Do:
- Lead safe and engaging one-on-one and small group training sessions
- Design custom fitness plans tailored to individual needs and abilities
- Instruct wellness classes for active older adults
- Ensure safety and a positive experience in our brand-new gym facility
- Collaborate with our Living Well Director and wellness team
- Support daily operations of the fitness center as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Degree in a related field or nationally recognized Health & Fitness certifications
- Personal Training and/or Aquatic Exercise certifications (ACE NASM ACSM etc.)
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to engage and encourage older adults in a professional and caring manner
- Tech skills for data entry flyers/newsletters (Publisher Excel Word) a plus
