Evening Clinic Coordinator (Part-Time)
On-site MondayFriday 3:00 PM 7:00 PM
Compensation: $20$23 per hour
About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable and organized Evening Clinic Coordinator to join our team and support smooth day-to-day operations at our clinic during evening hours. Youll play a key role in supporting staff assisting families and ensuring a warm welcoming environment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys helping others-especially children and their families.
What Youll Do:
Staff & Scheduling Support
Help coordinate coverage for clinical sessions
Update and manage staff and client schedules with the admin team
Communication Hub
Be the go-to point of contact for staff families and admin during the evening shift
Relay messages and updates accurately and on time
Front Desk & Clinic Operations
Greet and assist families and visitors
Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately
Ensure the clinic remains safe clean and welcoming
General Admin Support
Maintain accurate scheduling and attendance records
Prep materials and support clinic needs as they arise
Troubleshoot minor issues to keep the clinic running smoothly
What Youll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Previous experience in a healthcare education or ABA clinic setting is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable working around children and families in a clinical environment
Schedule & Requirements:
Hours: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM Monday through Friday
Location: On-site at our clinic
Ability to move throughout the clinic (sitting standing light walking)
