Position Overview:
As a Service Advisor for one of the worlds premier automotive brands youll deliver an elevated service experience within a luxury multi-brand dealership environment. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients of your assigned brand you will expertly manage the service process from initial consultation to vehicle deliveryensuring each interaction is seamless professional and brand-aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional personalized client experience throughout the entire service lifecycleappointment scheduling vehicle intake status updates and final delivery.
Accurately document customer concerns and generate detailed repair orders in CDK and supporting systems.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about required services maintenance recommendations and associated costs.
Collaborate with technicians to validate diagnoses confirm parts availability and ensure accurate and timely repairs.
Coordinate with extended warranty providers and insurance companies to obtain approvals and provide clients with clear explanations of coverage.
Proactively resolve customer concerns with professionalism empathy and brand-aligned communication.
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferably in a high-line or luxury automotive environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a client-centric solution-oriented mindset.
Strong knowledge of dealership operations service appointment processes and automotive repair terminology.
Proficient in CDK Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
Experience working with extended warranties preparing detailed estimates and processing service documentation.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand walk and move throughout the dealership within and around vehicles and service department for extended periods.
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and interact with vehicle components as needed.
Visual and auditory acuity to perform customer service functions inspect vehicles and interpret documentation.
Ability to occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Comfortable working in indoor service environments with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
Working Conditions:
While much of the role is performed in a climate-controlled indoor service office this position also requires regular movement between service bays the client reception area and the outdoor service drive.
Exposure to varying weather conditionsincluding heat humidity and rainshould be expected during vehicle intake walk-arounds and customer interactions.
A polished professional appearance and demeanor must be maintained at all times regardless of the working environment.
