Our aim is to constantly improve our disputes and chargeback operations supporting Wise mission while offering the best possible experience to our customers.
The Card Dispute System Expert is responsible for ensuring the integrity accessibility and utility of data within the Card Disputes domain. Acting as the primary data owner this role collaborates closely with operational leadership product teams and engineering to drive performance identify improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
