YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You define cost drivers and establish planned cost rates with global responsibility
- You provide branches with budget guidelines and monitor adherence offering guidance and support as needed
- You prioritize cost management initiatives to achieve significant savings
- You implement transparent scheduling and planning tools in each branch to align with budget goals
- You enhance operational transparency and provide tools and dashboards for process improvement and cost tracking
- You drive turnaround initiatives in branches through process enhancements
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Background You ideally have a degree in Business or similiar
- Experience You have a solid background in cost management and operational turnaround
- Skills You demonstrate strong analytical skills and operational knowledge allowing you to delve into details and drive improvements effectively
- Soft skills You possess assertive communication and strong negotiation skills and present yourself professionally enabling you to interact with others at different management levels
- Languages You fluently speak German and English
