Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the senior team at Tilda. This is a leadership role that will require you to oversee both front-of-house operations and team performance while upholding the high standards of service hospitality and guest experience that House Made Hospitality & Sofitel are known for.

Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar role;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service;
- Excellent organisational & time management skills;
- A driven & results-focused attitude;
- Sound food & beverage knowledge;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Familiarity with hospitality software programs; and
- Strong leadership management & motivational skills.
