Reporting to the General Manager as part of our leadership team you will be responsible for running the hotels Food & Beverage operation including restaurant bar in-room dining and events. This hands-on leadership role is both operational and strategic requiring someone who can balance service delivery with administrative responsibilities and collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities include:
If you come from a background in restaurants or hotels have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and have experience in banqueting and/or bar operations together with demonstrated leadership skills we would love to hear from you.
